The County of Marin (“County”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified and
experienced property management firms to provide comprehensive property management and facility
coordination services for 1600 Los Gamos Drive, San Rafael, California, a large, multi-tenant commercial
office building that is part of the Marin Commons complex.
The 1600 Los Gamos building houses a significant number of County departments and essential government
operations, including an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and emergency dispatch center. In addition to
County departments and operations, the building is occupied by 11 private tenants. The selected firm will be
responsible for providing property management services that address the needs of the entire building,

- ADDENDUM 1 - Prop Mgmt RFQ Contract Term Revision (2pages) FINAL.pdf (0.75 MB) — The following changes, modifications, corrections, or additions as hereinafter set forth shall apply to the Request for Qualifications described above and shall be made a part thereof and subject to all requirements thereof, as if originally specified and/or shown. CHANGE 1: Revise RFQ Item 8. ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TERM (page 13) as follows: The anticipated initial contract term will be two (2) five (5) years. The County may, at its sole discretion and subject to satisfactory performance, availability of funding, required approvals, and mutually acceptable terms, renew the agreement for additional one (1) year periods, for a maximum total term of three (3) ten (10) years. CHANGE 2: Add Attachment 1: Receive Attachment 1 - 1600 Los Gamos stacking plan (1 page) for reference. All other terms and provisions of this RFQ remain unchanged.
