Project description:
Marin County Community Development Agency, Building and Safety Division, is requesting proposals to provide building permit application plan review overflow assistance, on an as-needed basis. Building permit applications may include and are not limited to the following types of projects: single family dwellings; multifamily dwellings and developments; commercial tenant improvements; new and remodeled commercial buildings. This RFP seeks responses from qualified vendors interested in providing these services.

Proposers should be up to date with all state and assembly bills, state and local building codes. Proposers will need to be familiar with and adhere to the County’s timeline for review under AB 2234: Planning and zoning: housing: post-entitlement phase permits.
