Marin County Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Divisions of Homelessness and Coordinated Care (HCC) and Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS), are seeking to create a pool of eligible applicants consisting of one or more providers to deliver coordinated housing-focused outreach services that provide direct field engagement, safety, stabilization, and connection to housing and homeless, behavioral health, public health, and social service supports. 

The County of Marin requires a comprehensive, ONC-certified, and modern relational database EHR architecture that unifies physical health, substance use disorder (SUD) tracking, case management, and financial revenue cycle operations into a secure framework. The selected solution must scale across external networks of contracted Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and feature clinical partitions, automated multi-party electronic consent workflows, and strict compliance engines built for California's intersecting health-and-justice regulations.

The Marin County Office of the County Executive (OCE) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide an integrated budget development and publication software suite capable of budget and capital plan development and budget and capital plan book production. The solution must be flexible enough to handle the full spectrum of budgeting and reporting needs at the County – work performed by everyone from budget and finance professionals to subject matter experts needing quick reports to
administrative staff doing routine journal entries.

We are specifically calling for solutions that can serve the dual purpose of standard reporting and planning along with production capabilities for the County’s annual budget book of record and its capital plan book. Our existing processes require the use of several different tools for these respective capabilities.

The software suite needs to be user-friendly, easy to learn, and digitally compliant, with flexibility and customizable reporting capabilities. Public-facing materials, including online and PDF budget materials, need to be accessible based on current legal standards and requirements. County staff will use the software to complete all budget development and fiscal projection tasks, financial reporting, and data entry as part of the annual budget development cycle.

Additionally, for a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) management system, the County seeks a solution that will improve visibility into capital project scope, status, schedule, budget, expenditures, funding, and priorities. It should integrate with Tyler Enterprise ERP (formerly Munis) by Tyler Technologies to reduce duplicate data entry and improve alignment between project planning and financial information. It needs to provide configurable reporting, dashboards, workflows, and document-generation capabilities. The system should support multi-year capital planning, including project requests, scoring, prioritization, funding scenarios, project ranking, and planning-year assignments. The solution should allow the County to evaluate proposed and active projects based on configurable criteria, available funding, strategic priorities, facility needs, infrastructure condition, regulatory requirements, and other factors.

On behalf of the Human Resources, Risk Management Division, and in conjunction with County Counsel, the County of Marin Procurement Division is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive third-party property and liability claims administration services. The selected Claims Administrator will work closely with Risk Management and County Counsel to maintain continuity of service for claimants and County staff, administer claims from initial receipt through closure, and support the County’s self-insured liability program.

This project will be replacing, upgrading, or supplementing existing (IP) security, movement and surveillance cameras in and around the Marin County Juvenile Hall with IP cameras. The Current system is also integrated with the door control, intercom and movement systems, which provide camera views to the control room operator as door control buttons are activated. The replacement system will also provide this functionality.

Improvements for this project will generally include asphalt grinding/milling, pavement digouts, hot mix asphalt overlay, traffic striping, traffic marking, traffic signs, shoulder backing and traffic control. The work will take place on Sir Francis Drake Blvd. starting 300 feet east of Platform Bridge Road to Highway 1 in Olema.
 

The Engineer’s estimate for this project is $2,100,000. Bids are required for the entire work described herein.

This project generally includes roadway rehabilitation improvements along a portion of Lomita Drive beginning west of Greenfield Court and ending at the end of Lomita Drive near the parking lot of the Horse Hill Preserve within the County of Marin. The improvements to Lomita Drive include, but are not limited to, cold plane pavement and overlay with HMA, full depth roadway reconstruction, curb reconstruction, retaining wall construction, sidewalk construction, storm drain pipe and inlet construction, adjustments of utility boxes, manholes and covers, and signing and striping.

The project generally involves plant protection, site clearing, soil amendment, mulch installation, tree and shrub planting, trenching, backfill, installing new irrigation, adjusting existing irrigation, infill planting, and a maintenance period at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium at 10 Avenue of the Flags, San Rafael, California, 94903.
