Project Description: This is an interior renovation of the first and second floors. The project includes: •  Demolition of three dormitories including walls, doors, ceilings, lighting, finishes, and one fixed window. •  Construction of six new dormitories including walls, doors, ceilings, lighting, and finishes. Replacement of three fixed windows to be made operable and construction of two new operable windows. •  Removal of two window trellises and relocation of one window trellis. •  Interior accessibility upgrades to first floor accessible restroom. •  Exterior accessibility upgrades to path of travel. •  Hazardous material/ asbestos abatement. Pre-bid Conference: There is a mandatory pre-bid conference scheduled for this project on October 20, 2026 at 10:00am. The project will generally include the installation of two crosswalks, ADA-compliant curb ramps, Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs), two bioretention basins, minor grind/pave and traffic striping/pavement markings. The work will take place at the intersection of Irving Drive and Butterfield Road, a local and minor arterial road respectively, within unincorporated Marin County in San Anselmo.

The County of Marin Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health & Recovery Services (BHRS), is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to develop and operate a Peer Respite Program for Marin County adults with serious mental illness and/or serious substance use disorders. The program will provide a voluntary, peer-led, short-term residential alternative to more intensive behavioral health services such as crisis stabilization or inpatient hospitalization. This program will be housed in an unlocked, homelike setting with 24/7 staffing and capacity for 5-12 participants, depending on facility size and program design. Funding includes up to $450,000 annually in Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) funding for infrastructure and operations, plus up to $600,000 annually in Medi-Cal Fee-for-Service billing for supportive services. 

The County of Marin (“County”) is seeking proposals from a qualified team of architects and engineers (“Consultant” or “Proposer”) to provide professional design, engineering and construction administration services for a tenant improvement project at 350 Ignacio Boulevard in Novato, California. The selected team will be expected to provide a coordinated, permit-ready and bid-ready design, support the County through bidding, and provide construction administration services through project closeout. 
The project will adapt the recently acquired office building to support County operations and staff from University of California Cooperative Extension (UCCE), Agriculture Weights & Measures (AWM), and Health & Human Services (H&HS).  The work is intended to build upon the County’s November 2025 350 Ignacio Boulevard Facility Assessment Study prepared by DLR Group and its subconsultants. The study included facility assessment, programming, conceptual planning, engineering narratives, and probable cost development. The County intends for the selected Consultant to validate and advance that work. The target construction budget for this project is $4M.  
The successful Proposer must be prepared to start work immediately upon contract award.  The delivery schedule for all services outlined in this RFP is expected to take up to 17 months with design taking approximately 5 months and construction beginning summer 2027. 

On behalf of the Community Development Agency the County of Marin Procurement Division is requesting proposals for consulting services to develop and complete a Development Impact Fee (DIF) Nexus Study to update streets, drainage and parks impact fees, recommend updates to the County’s DIF program, and prepare a Residential Feasibility Analysis in compliance with the Mitigation Fee Act (California Government Code Section 66000 et seq.) and Assembly Bill 602 92021).

The County of Marin Department of Health and Human Services , Division of Homeless and Coordinated Care, in collaboration with the Marin County Continuum of Care (CoC) and system partners, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to lead a strategic refresh of the division's strategic plan. The Strategic Plan guides the way that the County and its community partners address and manage homelessness. The consultant’s primary role is to design and facilitate a short term (less than six months) series of working sessions with system partners and people with lived experience, as appropriate, capture decisions and areas of agreement, consolidate feedback between sessions, and iteratively build a final Strategic Refresh Report and Implementation Roadmap for County and Continuum of Care (CoC) approval.

Requesting proposals for professional services to develop a comprehensive strategic plan that establishes clear priorities, measurable goals, and actionable strategies for the next three to five years. The Strategic Plan (Plan) will guide the Waste Management Division operations, inform policy direction, strengthen community engagement, and ensure accountability and transparency.

Marin County Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Divisions of Homelessness and Coordinated Care (HCC) and Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS), are seeking to create a pool of eligible applicants consisting of one or more providers to deliver coordinated housing-focused outreach services that provide direct field engagement, safety, stabilization, and connection to housing and homeless, behavioral health, public health, and social service supports. 

The County of Marin requires a comprehensive, ONC-certified, and modern relational database EHR architecture that unifies physical health, substance use disorder (SUD) tracking, case management, and financial revenue cycle operations into a secure framework. The selected solution must scale across external networks of contracted Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and feature clinical partitions, automated multi-party electronic consent workflows, and strict compliance engines built for California's intersecting health-and-justice regulations.
