The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors Division provides administrative support to the publicly elected Board of Supervisors.

The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors Division provides administrative support to the publicly elected Board of Supervisors and coordinates the dissemination and archiving of public information such as meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and webcasts.

Part of the office’s mission is to maintain and protect the integrity of the public historical record while upholding the County’s adherence to the Ralph M. Brown Act, the State of California’s open meeting law.

The office has three primary service areas:

  • Board of Supervisors Meetings and Archives
  • Property Assessment Appeals
  • Boards and Commissions Recruitments
