Summary
A commissary kitchen is a permitted food facility to prepare your food to sell to the public. The commissary provides access to clean water, waste disposal, and storage space. If your commissary is outside Marin County, your commissary agreement needs to be signed by the environmental health officials in your location.
We have attached a list of commissary kitchens in Marin County. This list is provided as a public service and does not indicate endorsement by the County of Marin, Environmental Health Services.
