The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) details the housing and non-housing needs of low and moderate-income persons. We submit this report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) each year. The report provides metrics on each year's achievements in meeting these needs.
2024-25 Draft Report
The draft 2024-25 CAPER reports on our progress towards meeting the goals established in our Consolidated Plan for Program Years 2020-24 and one-year goals established in the Marin County Consolidated Plan Amendments (2024 Annual Action Plan) for the 2024-25 Program Year.
Public Comments
Comments on the draft are due Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 4:00 P.M., PST. Comments should be emailed and include "2024 CAPER" in the subject line.
