The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) details the housing and non-housing needs of low and moderate-income persons. We submit this report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) each year. The report provides metrics on each year's achievements in meeting these needs.
2025-26 Draft Report
The draft 2025-26 CAPER reports on our progress towards meeting the goals established in our Consolidated Plan for Program Years 2025-2029 and one-year goals established in the Marin County Consolidated Plan Amendments (2025 Annual Action Plan) for the 2025-26 Program Year.
Public Comments
Comments on the draft are due Friday, September 25th at 4:00 P.M., PST. Comments should be emailed and include "2025 CAPER" in the subject line.
