- Notice of funding availability (NOFA) Towards the beginning of each calendar year, we open a funding application for affordable housing, community infrastructure and services projects.

- Consolidated Plan We update the Consolidated Plan every 5 years to lay out strategies and priorities for addressing the needs of the County’s low-income population.
- Annual Action Plan We submit this report every year to summarize how federal funds will be used to address specific goals.
- Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) We submit the CAPER every year to report on our annual performance.
