Measure W Community Fund applications are accepted on a rolling basis. We encourage you to submit your application as your project moves forward. Projects must serve populations in the Measure W Tax Area.
How to Apply
To apply, complete and submit your Measure W Community Housing Fund application through the County of Marin’s Neighborly Participant Portal.
Before starting your application, gather the following required documents:
- Project Budget – showing total project costs, not just the Measure W funding request
- Organizational Budget – your organization’s or fiscal sponsor’s current annual budget
- Pro Forma – required for construction or acquisition projects only
When ready, complete and submit the online application using the button below:
You may use the same application form to apply for Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) or Measure W funding. Please select the correct funding source when starting your application.
