Project Description

An application for a Coastal Development Permit, Tentative Map, Use Permit, and Design Review approval to demolish the structures located at 15 Calle Del Mar and 108 Arenal Avenue (APN 195-192-07) in Stinson Beach. The project involves the construction of four market-rate detached residential units, and a mixed-use building containing two attached affordable (moderate-income) residential units located above a commercial space. The lower level of the mixed-use building would contain 1,250 square feet of commercial space intended for the Post Office, storage, trash enclosures, and carports. The 2nd floor of this structure includes two attached residential units, described in the table below.
