What we DO investigate
- Zoning violations – examples include:
- Illegal uses of land, i.e. junkyards, illegal camping, a commercial business in a property zoned residential
- Violations of zoning developments standards relating to height, setbacks, and floor area.
- Fencing
- Signage
- Tree Removal
- Animal Keeping
- Illegal & unpermitted construction activities
- Housing violations for 3 units or less
- Health & Safety issues
What we DO NOT investigate
- Property line disputes
- Overgrown Vegetation
- Traffic/Parking related issues
- Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions or HOA bylaws
- Noise complaints
