The Staff Report for the Marin County Planning Commission for the North Coast Land Holdings LLC Community Plan Amendment, Master Plan, Design Review, Master Use Permit, Vesting Tentative Map, and Tree Removal Permit, and Environmental Impact Report (EIR) on the former Golden Gate Baptist Seminary Site for the March 2, 2026 hearing. Staff recommends denial of the Community Plan Amendment; approval of the Master Plan, Design Review, Master Use Permit, Vesting Tentative Map and Tree Removal Permit; and certification of the EIR.
