A Supplemental Memorandum dated March 27, 2026 to provide an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) consistency assessment as an amendment to the Final EIR that covers the subsequent Environmental Settlement Agreement (ESA) that was settled on March 1, 2026 between the applicant and the Seminary Neighborhood Association. The findings are encompassed in the enclosed Final EIR amendment.
