The Staff Report for the Marin County Board of Supervisors for the Reilly appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision to direct the appellant to fund the project environmental review at 1501 Lucas Valley Road that includes: (1) the evaluation of two grading options and a preparation of response to comments memo in a consolidated, issue-based format; and, (2) discretion for the Environmental Coordinator to issue a request for proposal (RFP) to solicit additional environmental review proposals.
