Countywide Plan Amendments related to precedence clauses.
The Community Development Agency is proposing amendments to the Countywide Plan related to housing development. The amendments will satisfy the Court order issued on March 25, 2024 to “remove the void precedence clauses which direct subordination of the Community Plans to the CWP” because they modify the Countywide Plan to address the text at issue in the Court’s order.
