Apply for the STR Waitlist
Anyone interested in operating a STR in unincorporated Marin County may apply for the STR Waitlist online.
Application fees are non-refundable: Fees will not be refunded, including if an application is withdrawn, denied, or not approved.
How to Apply:
- Online: Use the Planning Portal to submit and pay for a STR Waitlist application online.
Applicants will be waitlisted on a first come first served basis.
