Apply for the STR Waitlist

Anyone interested in operating a STR in unincorporated Marin County may apply for the STR Waitlist online.

How to Apply:

  1. Online: Use the Planning Portal to submit and pay for a STR Waitlist application online.

Applicants will be waitlisted on a first come first served basis.
