Get a detailed review of your large project, like a subdivision or housing plan, before applying for permits.

Need to know

Use this service for larger projects like subdivisions or housing projects. It provides:

  • More in-depth research on our rules as it relates to your project.
  • Comments from other agencies to include in the report.
  • A written report on our rules, permit requirements, and environmental review needs.

This service requires property owner authorization.

The cost for the service starts at $3,096.

 

Before you start

  • Make sure the property owner has authorized the request and have your project details ready.
  • Include one full-sized copy of the plans with your request. Indicate which review agencies you want to include in the pre-application review.
  • You'll need to fill out the Planning Information Request Form and pay the fee.

  1. Download and complete the Planning Information Request Form.

  2. Submit your form.

    You can mail or bring your form to:

    Office hours:
    Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
    Friday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

  3. Pay the fee.

    Pay by cash or check when you submit the form.

    If you mail the form without payment, staff will contact you to arrange payment.
