- More in-depth research on our rules as it relates to your project.
- Comments from other agencies to include in the report.
- A written report on our rules, permit requirements, and environmental review needs.
This service requires property owner authorization.
The cost for the service starts at $3,096.
Before you start
- Make sure the property owner has authorized the request and have your project details ready.
- Include one full-sized copy of the plans with your request. Indicate which review agencies you want to include in the pre-application review.
- You'll need to fill out the Planning Information Request Form and pay the fee.
