Project Description
The applicant requests Design Review approval to amend the Leone Design Review (P4503) approved on August 23, 2024, for an existing residence located in the unincorporated community of Greenbrae. The proposed project would include the addition of 195 square feet (118 square feet on the first floor and 76 square feet on the second floor). No change to the structure height or setbacks are proposed.
