Project Description
The applicant requests Design Review approval for the following: (1) construct new lower level additions totaling 1,741 square feet, of which 725 square feet is proposed to be an Accessory Dwelling Unit; (2) on the main level convert an existing 547 square foot garage to floor area; (3) construct new main level additions totaling 1,798 square feet; and, construct new 154 square foot upper floor addition and, (4) construct a new outdoor trellis. The proposed additions would reach a maximum height of 28 feet above surrounding grade and the exterior walls of the structure would have the following setbacks: 58 feet 2 inches from the western front property line; 15 feet 10 inches from the northern side property line; 23 feet 3 inches from the southern side property line; 26 feet 3 inches from the eastern rear property line.
Design Review approval is required because the project is located in a Planned Zoning District.
