The applicant is requesting Sign Review approval to install two Freestanding signs at the existing HQ Fuels (formerly Arco) service station in Mill Valley. Each Freestanding sign would include changeable copy for fuel pricing. Both proposed signs would appear to attain a maximum height of 6 feet, 8 inches and 4 feet in length. The sign lettering would appear to be black on a non-illuminated white background, and the signs would be located in the norther front corner of the property fronting Shoreline Highway. 

Sign Review approval is required pursuant to 22.60.020.2.b because the project entails erecting freestanding signs.
