To be a responsive government, this year's budget balanced and fiscally sound proposed budget includes addressing climate change therefore a structured reduction of our Counties carbon footprint. There is an increase in our focus on emergency preparedness with our residents and partner agencies to improve fire prevention and vegetation management. Additional goals include eliminating inequities in County policies and programs, and preserving affordable housing.
