The Climate Action Plan (CAP) is a strategic roadmap that addresses the impacts of climate change and outlines priority actions to achieve a 40% reduction of greenhouse gas emissions over 1990 levels by 2030. The CAP supports climate-related programs, projects, policies, and initiatives at the County of Marin.
