Consistent with Section 1 of the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement Relating to the Marin County Public Financing Authority dated March 7, 2023 (“JPA Agreement”), the purpose of the Authority is to exercise powers common to all members of the Authority and for the exercise of additional powers given to a joint powers entity under the Joint Exercise of Powers Act or any other applicable law, including, but not limited to, the issuance of bonds for any purpose or activity permitted under the Joint Exercise of Powers Act or any other law.
