- Approve Minutes from September 25, 2025, Board meeting.
- Executive Director’s Report.
- Consider authorizing Board President, subject to approval by counsel as to form, to execute Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Marin County Office of Education (MCOE) to provide temporary financial support to the Authority for operational and financial advisory costs.
- Consider Addendum 1 to the Municipal Advisory Agreement with Wulff, Hansen & Co. to (i) provide an additional non-contingent fee of $35,000, and (ii) expand the scope of work to reflect increased demands on the Municipal Advisor in connection with the Oak Hill Workforce Housing Project.
- Consider the Proposed Oak Hill Workforce Housing Project Budget and Financing plan, including the financing structure assumptions and next steps.
- Adjournment.
