   1. Presentation by the Department of Finance to review the following independent audit
      materials for the County of Marin:
      1. FY 2022-23 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR)
      2. FY 2022-23 Single Audit Report
      3. FY 2022-23 Governance Communication Letter
8. Financial Audit Advisory Committee Report to Board of Supervisors:
   1. Consider and take possible action to direct the Department of Finance to draft and submit to
      the Committee Chair for review and approval, a letter to the Board of Supervisors
      recommending the Committee’s acceptance of the FY 2022-23 ACFR and Single Audit Reports.
9. Schedule 2025 Annual Meeting to review FY 2023-24 deliverables
