    1. Presentation by the Department of Finance to review the following independent audit materials for the County of Marin:
         a. FY 2021-22 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR)
         b. FY 2021-22 Single Audit Report
         c. FY 2021-22 Governance Communication Letter
    2. Select Sub-Committee to draft Financial Audit Advisory Committee Report to Board of Supervisors
  8. Next meeting
    Schedule 2024 Annual Meeting to review FY 2022-23 deliverables
