Summary
In accordance with California Government Code Section 53646, the Director of Finance may annually render to the Treasury Oversight Committee and the Board of Supervisors a Statement of Investment Policy for review and approval. The proposed FY 2025-26 Statement of Investment Policies include both major and non-substantive changes which were reviewed and approved by the Marin County Treasury Oversight Committee (Committee) on May 15, 2025. The authority for the Committee and their responsibilities are contained in Government Codes sections 27130-27137.
