About the Program
The FIRE Foundry program builds a community-based wildfire prevention workforce by providing job training and skill development for underserved and underrepresented community members of Marin County and the surrounding Bay Area. The program supports participants in exploring careers in the fire service and helps prepare them for future jobs as firefighters or in related fields such as healthcare, public safety, and environmental conservation.
