FixItMarin is Marin County’s official app for reporting non-emergency issues in unincorporated areas. If something in your neighborhood isn’t right—a pothole, a fallen branch, or illegal dumping—let the County know anytime, from your phone, tablet or computer.

How it Works
- Open FixItMarin on your phone or computer.
- Choose the type of issue you want to report.
- Add a photo and location.
- Submit and track progress as the County responds.

Use FixItMarin to report everyday issues such as:
- Potholes and roadway hazards
- Illegal dumping (trash, tires, hazardous waste)
- Fallen branches or trees
- Missing or damaged street signs
- Streetlight outages
- Park concerns or unpermitted construction

Sign in to view your past reports, check current status updates, and read notes from County staff.
What you can do:

- Read updates and notes from County staff (when available)
- Revisit past reports to see what was resolved
Coverage and guidelines
- Not for emergencies. If there is immediate danger to life or property, always call 911.
- Requests are monitored and addressed during business hours.
