Luke Barnesmoore, Director of Strategy
Front Porch Community Services - Home Match
Luke serves as the Director of Strategy for Home Match. In this position, Luke leads public affairs, research, marketing & communications, and development strategy and operations for the Home Match program. Luke is a member of the Marin County Homeless Policy Steering Committee (HPSC) where he represents the prevention sector and acts as co-chair of the HPSC's Older Adult Committee, a community representative on the Marin County Commission on Aging's Legislative Advocacy and Housing & Transportation committees, a member of the Alameda County Continuum of Care's Housing Stability and Homelessness Prevention committee, and as a member of the American Society on Aging's Equity & Justice Advisory Council. Prior to serving as Director of Strategy for Front Porch Community Services, Luke was the program director for Home Match Marin and a case manager (SEIU 0121) for Larkin Street Youth Services' Castro Youth Housing Initiative. Prior to his nonprofit work, Luke held a range of academic positions including sessional lecturer in the University of British Columbia Department of Geography.
Paul Fordham, Co-CEO

Paul has worked at Homeward Bound of Marin for almost two decades, serving in several leadership roles, before being appointed Co-CEO in 2022. He has led six capital campaigns that raised over $70 million and developed hundreds of units of supportive housing and shelter beds, while launching nationally replicated programs such as the first Nonprofit IPO. Fueled by a belief in the power and possibility of change, Paul has been honored with leadership awards from the North Bay Business Journal and the Marin Human Rights Commission. As a leader in Homeward Bound's social enterprise ventures, which include a line of gourmet dog treats and a food forward event venue, he also serves o the Catalyst Kitchens' nation board.
Cheryl Paddack, Chief Executive Officer
North Marin Community Services
Cheryl Paddack, CEO of North Marin Community Services (NMCS), is a nonprofit executive and fund development professional who has dedicated over 25 years to advancing community wellbeing. She is a compassionate and courageous leader, and through building effective teams, has increased access to critical human services, independence for the visually impaired, energy efficient products and services, and climate action. Cheryl lead the strategic merger of Novato Youth Center and Novato Human Needs Center, now renamed to NMCS in 2018. The NMCS team of 580 (70 staff and 510 volunteers) deliver trauma informed, integrated, and culturally appropriate services to 10k+ participants annually. Cheryl strives for excellence and has received multiple prestigious awards, including being inducted into the YWCA's Marin Women Hall of Fame in 2023.
