Key Milestones Completed to Date

Community Engagement: Through Key Informant Interviews and Focus Groups, we actively seek community input, particularly regarding equity and health equity considerations.
- Focus groups were based on geography and underserved communities in West Marin, Central Marin, Southern Marin, and Novato and offered in collaboration with our community-based partners and Community Resource Teams.
Leadership Engagement: Engaging County and HHS leadership, including Key Informant Interviews and Steering Committee meetings, ensures alignment with strategic goals and equity-centered decision-making.
Employee Engagement: Employee Surveys, Snack Breaks, and Strategic Stewardship initiatives foster staff involvement and empowerment in the planning process.
