The Notice of Availability (NOA) for the Draft Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for the Lomita Drive Road Rehabilitation Project. The Marin County Department of Public Works is proposing to perform pavement rehabilitation and build approximately 500 linear feet of new sidewalk along Lomita Drive, closing several gaps in the pedestrian network. The public comment period for the Draft IS/MND is open from Monday, June 30, 2025 to Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 4:00pm.
