Voter data is classified as “Restricted Public Data” and is not available to the public at large. Voter information may be provided for purchase for one of the purposes below.

- Journalistic
- Governmental
Driver’s license and social security numbers, or your signature, are never shared.
Commercial use of voter registration is prohibited by law. Voter Data cannot be shared, viewed or stored outside the United States.

Certain voters facing life-threatening situations may qualify for confidential voter status. For more information, please contact the Secretary of State’s Safe At Home program or visit the Secretary of State’s Web site.
