2026–27 Housing and Community Development Funding Cycle

The following public meetings and hearings are scheduled as part of the County of Marin’s 2026–27 funding cycle for federal and state housing and community development programs, including CDBG, HOME, and PLHA. All meetings are open to the public unless otherwise noted. Dates and times may be subject to change.

PSC Funding Timeline Meeting

The Countywide Priority Setting Committee (PSC) held a public meeting in December 2025 to review and approve the allocation timeline for the distribution of federal and state funds through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) programs.

The meeting was open to the public, and interested parties were invited to participate.
